Product UX Discovery is a phase we at Merge conduct to understand the project’s roadmap and features prioritization. The ultimate goal of it is to understand the product UX and plan the next steps of product development. Performing a Discovery Phase saves time and makes it easy for your team to understand how to improve the UX of the product in the long run, so we can recommend doing at least some steps from it if you are working on an existing product or planning to launch a new one.
